This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aberdeen Fire District #1 and supersedes all prior communications.

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.
